Position Title: Oracle Fusion P2P Techno Functional Location: (Remote) Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional expert to design, develop, and support our Accounts Payable and Payments modules . Bridge the gap between business finance users and the IT team, managing configurations, orchestrating system integrations, and building custom reports to optimize P2P workflows. Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a Finance-related field (B.Com, MBA) with 12+ years of experience Should have 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with a strong focus on Fusion Cloud Payables, Purchasing, Cash Management, and General Ledger. Must have Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Integration tools. Should have Solid grasp of accounting principles, P2P lifecycles, month-end closures, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical finance stakeholders. Hands on experience with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
